Wednesday: A final 1-hour golf lesson followed by 9 holes a golf (my last golf workout for a while).
Thursday: Unfortunately I was in transit the ENTIRE day so if walking around the airport counts…that was my workout.
Friday: 1.5 hours of dancing!
Saturday: 1 hour of just dance 3 omg such a fun game that actually gets your heart pumping.
Sunday: 30 very intense minutes of just dance. I feel so funny using that as a workout tool, but my goodness got a great workout today!
Monday: Today was a slower day did 45 of cardio dancing…but I didn’t put my all into it. Good thing I also went for a 30 minute skate as well!
Tuesday: Off for a walk around town then dancing later in the day
Overall I feel as if I had a good week, I have made an effort to get some cardio in and I was able to do that 6 out of 7 days, not too bad! This week I also began my diet plan I am not going in for meetings but I am following the weight watchers plan (I did this last year so I have all the materials luckily).
Definitely on my way to my goal down 3 pounds this week.
Next week, I will be ramping up the workouts and sticking to my meal plan!
