I can’t believe I am on week 4 already!! It was definitely the best week so far that’s for sure! This week I really stepped up my fitness goals and continued on with my diet! As far as fitness goes I started going to a small gym called Hurts So Good Fitness for some fitness classes and volleyball started up again!
First off, Thursday was my first day back at volleyball since December. It felt good to be out there but after about 3 or 4 weeks of not playing I was kind of sucking! None the less, it felt good to get back out there and from the feeling in my shoulders the next day, at least I did get some kind of a work out!!
My first fitness class was on Friday, it was a cardio kick boxing class. Not only did I get to work my butt off, but I did it all to 90’s dance music! My instructor Miranda was a great motivator and I really enjoyed her style of kicking my butt with a big smile the entire time. It felt so amazing to actually have a great workout and I am definitely motivated to keep it up!
My second class was this Monday. This class was structured more as a bootcamp. Everything from the revolving plank station to running laps and running up and down stairs! I think I worked every muscle in my body!
Overall this week has been great, I love the feeling I get after a great workout and I look forward to my next class and the results I know I will start seeing after a few more workouts!
Weight this week: down another 2 pounds! woohoo!!!
