Wow is it Tuesday again already?! This week was definitely my most challenging. With a crazy weekend filled with eating out and social events it was not easy to follow my diet to the T. Even though I am following weight watchers, which allows me to eat all kinds of food, I do find it easy to over eat when I am out. When I am at home I am religious about weighing and measuring everything so I know that I won’t over eat. When your out you the servings are always too big, and when it’s delicious it’s so hard to stop!!!
Anyway saying that, I did my best this week. Over all I followed through with my eating and I was able to play volleyball and go to my Friday night fitness class. For the first week of my challenge I didn’t lose but I didn’t gain either. I am not too worried though. The workouts I have been doing are definitely helping me gain muscle so I am keeping that in mind before I go all psycho about the number on the scale!
I am looking forward to this week though, I am trying out fruit smoothies for breakfast as a little bit of a change. I am also trying out a new class with a girlfriend tomorrow then back to my usual classes and volleyball. So if it all goes well I will get in 4 workouts this week!
I just have to stay focused and motivated…the bikini is looming, so I need to step it up!
My goal for this week is to eat a little bit lighter and get in an extra workout!
