Hi Morning Day Dream readers,
I’m Fiona and I blog over at Small Sky Cowgirl and I am also lucky enough to be the partner in crime/life of Ashleigh’s brother, Chet Kensington*
Here is a brief bio of me that you may or may not find interesting: I am a student (after 4 years in the corporate world); I am a runner (currently training for ½ marathons 4 [Vancouver] and 5 [Cleveland]); I am a Calgarian at heart and by birth but live in Toronto now (on my own volition, I swear); I enjoy cooking and eating (which makes my running somewhat mandatory).
Anyways there you have it… my 411. And for this blog post I am going off of the first tidbit of info there for inspiration. Ah, yes, scholastic endeavours. They sometimes put a strain on your social life, but I say nay to that! I was recently working on an RFP for an events class (Oh. My. God. I don’t think I will ever EVER run an event. Kudos to those readers who enjoy considering all those details.)
Anyways, while creating this RFP, I decided that if all my working friends were out having a good time, then there was nothing holding my school pals and me back from bringing the party to our computers. And thus began the search of the perfect ceasar recipe.
Now, for the record, this isn’t the most perfect caesar recipe. In fact, that belongs to The Bierstube in Whitefish, MT on the slopes of the Whitefish Mountain Resort. Seriously. There is no better caesar. And as a connossuire I would know. And as I have many friends who would also say they are fans of this garden-in-a-glass drink, those who have tried it agree: The Bierstube Caesar is the bar none, the best on record.
And while I’ve tried many times to replicate the awesomeness of the caesars, I’ve yet to master it. But here is the closest I’ve come
What you’ll need:
So here we go!
I hope you found that oh-so-insightful. Also, please notice that there are two glasses and these drinks were consumed by two people. School hasn’t made me that desperate yet…! Anyways consume with a conscience and enjoy!
Thanks for reading and hope you have a fantastic week!
*Not his real name, but that’s what I call him on my blog and thought I’d keep it the same for continuity’s sake.
