Here we are again day dreamers!
Following my fitness challenge posts I wanted to keep up my Tuesday ritual for both you guys and for myself! If I give myself an obligation to write about something fitness related it gives me more motivation to get my butt moving so I can spread the fitness love! So you are all welcome (in advance!)
My plan for this weekly post is to talk about fitness, food, health and everything in between. I am also hoping to find some time to start cooking myself more exciting meals. I have been in the routine of the oh so exciting stir fried veggies, a protein (of my 3 option rotation) and pasta or rice….every night. SO I really do need to change it up and I only have 50 cookbooks to use so I will get on that so I can share some yummy vegetarian (or fish) recipes with you all!!
Anyway day dreamers, I have had a busy day of mid terms and meetings so not much fitness related news to report as of today. Until next week!!!
