Good Morning Daydreamers,
So this past weekend I really had an ah-ha moment. I have been struggling with finding a routine and getting back into a healthy lifestyle. In terms of body size and type, I’m much below average, but when I look in the mirror and I’m not feeling it, that means I need a change for me.
As you may recall in the early days of my fitness challenge I would talk about P90X and Insanity workouts. Last summer I had been doing the Insanity workouts with a coworker and I was so fit. Standing on a scale did not justify how in shape I was. I have never been so toned, ever! So this week I am getting back on the band-waggon. D is already going down to the gym almost everyday and I am going as often as I can, but this week forward the workouts will definitely be more religious.
Struggling with working, commuting, cleaning and making dinner is not helping my case, but I need to fit this in. If I can’t do it after work then I am going to have to start shelling out some member fees so I can go to the gym near work…I am trying to avoid that, but often my hour at lunch is the biggest break from my entire day!
