Oh boy, here we go again. I just finished day one of my boot camp. OH boy, my legs and butt are already hurting so I can only imagine what tomorrow will be like! I really needed a big kick-start! After a great workout I had a healthy dinner and I am ready to get fit!!
September was one of those months where the thought of getting to the gym was way too much. Stress from work and life has never been good for my healthy eating habits, so I was thrilled to start boot camp. I am lucky enough that my girlfriend agreed to go with me, she might be regretting it after today, but I am hoping at the end she will forgive me!! Moving is the greatest thing to improve your mood and that is definitely telling right now! Normally at 10:00pm I can barely get myself ready for bed!
I will be sure to post about my progress later. For now, I am feeling great!…my legs are killing, I can barely walk, but I am peppy and ready to get heathy!
