The month of October is for… getting in shape!!
At the beginning of the month me and a girlfriend decided to join a booty camp. Oh boy this was quite the shock to our couch potato bodies. I am pretty sure after only one class it took us both about a week to be able to walk normally again! The first week is always the worst, since then we can both see the difference.
This was just the thing that I needed to get back on track. I have a tough time getting myself down to the gym when i know I don’t have people waiting on me. This booty camp is 3 days a week, so it has been a significant physical and time commitment, but totally worth it. My energy is already up and the inches are coming off!
I am just finishing up to my final week and we had a few makeup classes so I was busy ALL week with back to back sessions, but next week I will share how I did! I know I have already lost a few inches, but you honestly never know what a few more classes will do. Yes they are that intense!
Next goal…. 90 day challenge. This may include a hard-core diet to go along with even tougher workouts, but I think I am ready. Bring it on, Ultimate Body Boot Camp!!!
