I am now on week 3 of my 100 days of healthy challenge and so far so good! Shockingly the no drinking part has probably been the easiest, except when D starts BBQing when the sun is shining (a cold beer goes hand in hand!) But I have been so good! Staying away from junk food is going pretty well, but I must admit I have slipped once or twice, but I am still proud of myself. No chips for 3 weeks… that may be an Ashleigh world record!
Overall, work is still pretty crazy right now, but I am feeling great, no alcohol and very low refined sugar is really helping me get by! When I do have time after work I am going out to crossfit, typically 2 times a week. It is still early in the process, but I know the benefits will keep coming. I know I will continue to feel fantastic and my waist line will also benefit!!
