Ever feel like you sometimes have to spiral a bit before things can go forward and be amazing. I have had a lot going on lately. Toddler troubles. Work stress. Just general life stress. So the other day, I was at my low point. I sat at my dining table chatting with my husband, then just sobbing over everything.
About 20 minutes later, my hubby lands a huge job for his business. The next day I went for it as a LipSence Distributor and the day after that I got a new client for my personal training business. As usual my tears bring good things.
This was true even when I was in school. I would be so worked up with stress, have a meltdown with my mum on the phone then crank out 5 papers and ace 2 exams the next day.
So, sometimes you have to get to that point of feeling like WHY ME, WHY is nothing working. For everything to fall into place.
So keep your head up. Cry if you want to, take a walk, go for a swing at the park then move on, move forward and kick butt.
