Back in September I joined LA Fitness, in December I updated you all on my progress and I am happy to say I am still going strong! I have upped my gym time, my goal is 5-6 times a week. I have been so good about going after work so typically I do get my 5 workouts in. However, I have been having a hard time with my meal plan. I have maintained my weight for a few months now, which is great, but I still have my goal in mind so I have to step things up a bit.
Last Friday I started a new supplement called Garcinia Cambogia. There has been a lot of talk about this since it was featured on Dr. Oz. I don’t love trying things I see on TV, but I needed an extra boost, and it is a natural fruit supplement, so why not!
The brand I purchased is The Original Super Citrimax. You take one capsule before every meal and it recommends a reduced calorie diet and regular exercise. So, my plan is to try it out and reduce my carbs, my exercise is already on track. One bottle has 20 days worth of supplements, I will see how this goes and report back.
